- wire frame;
- scraps of fabric about 10-12 cm each;

Step 1
Cut the fabric into strips 5 cm wide and 10-12 cm long.
Step 2
Tie each strip tightly one by one on the wire frame. You can tie the strips by color, by pattern, or in any other order that you like. It is easier to start with the inner ring of the base and finish with the outer one. Tie the strips as close to each other as possible, the more strips you tie, the fuller the wreath.
