Canapes are miniature shaped sandwiches that look attractive on the New Year's table and do not lose their shape until the end of the feast. They are easy to serve and take from a common dish, especially if the ingredients are collected on skewers. Canapes are eaten without utensils, so they should have an attractive appearance and be collected into a single whole.
