- 0.125 ml of water.
Preparation steps:
- Rinse the chicken thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Prepare the cranberries: defrost frozen ones, sort and wash fresh ones.
- In a separate container, combine Italian herbs, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, paprika, chopped garlic, and mustard.
- Grease the prepared meat well with the resulting sauce, cover it with cling film and leave it in a cool place to soak for 2-3 hours.
- After marinating, turn on the oven at 180°, place the meat on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Baking time is 40-45 minutes.

- 2 tbsp. honey;
- 3 tbsp soy sauce;
- salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste.
How to properly cook New Year's duck in the oven:
- Rinse the duck thoroughly, process it, and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Combine soy sauce with the juice of half an orange, add honey. Mix all the ingredients – you have a marinade.
- Carefully treat the duck with the marinade, place it in the container in which it will be stewed and marinate for 6 hours (or better yet, overnight) in the refrigerator. To ensure that all parts are equally well marinated, it is better to turn the carcass over 3-4 times during the entire time.
