Ingredients:

  • boiled meat – 250 grams;
  • small cucumber – a couple of pieces;

  • purple onion – 1;
  • green leaves of arugula, basil, lettuce;
  • for dressing – 4 tsp olive/sunflower oil, pepper, salt and Provencal herbs to taste.

Tomatoes are cut into slices, meat into squares or strips, cucumbers and onions into rings. Vegetables are poured with dressing, carefully mixed, then washed and dried greens are added. Lettuce leaves can be used to line the bottom of the plate.
