A special place in the feast is occupied by the "sweet" menu, where housewives can show off their skills and imagination and surprise guests. Step by step preparation:
- Prepare the products according to the list, check their freshness and taste.
- Soak gelatin in water at room temperature to cover the mass from above for 15 minutes. Then heat in a water bath until completely dissolved.
- Pour the chilled heavy cream into a bowl and beat with a mixer until thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese and mascarpone until smooth. Pour in the dissolved gelatin in a thin stream.
- Carefully combine the whipped cream and curd mass, mix with a mixer at low speed. The cake base is ready.

- pitted cherries – 1 cup;
- coconut flakes – for decoration.

Step by step preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients for the cake, molds for setting the jelly, and bowls for whipping in advance.
- From one pack of cherry jelly, prepare the jelly mass according to the instructions and let it harden completely. It will be needed for cutting into cubes for the inner layer of the cake.
To make the jelly dense, take less water than indicated on the package. For example, instead of 400 ml, take 320-350 ml.
- You can buy the sponge cake in the store or bake it in advance. Cut it into 2 cm cubes, put them on a plate and cover them so they don’t dry out.
- Wash the cherries, remove the pits, and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Dilute the second package of jelly in 100 ml of hot (not boiling) water, stir thoroughly, do not let it thicken.
- Curd cream is made from curd, diluted jelly, powdered sugar, coconut flakes. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adding each ingredient in small portions and tasting the resulting taste.
- Cover the fora with cling film or parchment. Put a thin layer of cream on the bottom, then put jelly cubes, biscuit, cherries. Cover with a layer of cream again and repeat the layers. Smooth the top and put it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.

- cocoa powder – 3 tbsp. l.;
- milk – 2 tbsp;
- granulated sugar – 100 g;
- butter – 125 g;
- egg – 1 pc.
Step-by-step preparation:
- In a small saucepan with a thick bottom, mix butter, milk, cocoa, sugar, and raw egg. Beat everything thoroughly with a whisk and put on low heat.
- While constantly stirring the chocolate mixture, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes.
- Crush the cookies into small pieces. Fry and chop the nuts. Pour into the hot mixture on the stove, stir well. Turn off the heat.

- honey – 1 tbsp;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- water – 80 ml;
- plain chocolate – 1 bar;
- nuts, dried fruits, berries – optional.
Step by step preparation:
- Crush the cookies and nuts into crumbs.
- Mix soft butter and condensed milk in a bowl. Gradually add cookies (you may not need all of them) to make a dense mass.
- Line the tray with parchment paper (you can use a baking sheet). Spread the shortbread mixture in a thin layer and smooth it out.
- In a saucepan, cook caramel from water, sugar and honey. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and pour caramel over a layer of cookies.

Cooking process:
- First, you need to prepare the festive bowls into which the multi-layered jelly will be poured.
- Prepare milk jelly. To do this, soak 15 g of gelatin in 100 ml of milk and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Heat the swollen mixture in a water bath or in a microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the remaining warm milk and stir well. Pour into the bowls in a 3-4 cm layer. Place in the refrigerator until completely set.
- Drain the liquid from the canned peaches, dissolve the gelatin in it, let it swell. Then heat until completely dissolved.
