Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour;
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 200 ml milk;
  • 1 tsp baking powder and vanilla;
  • food coloring and pastry cream for decoration.

How to cook:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating until thick after each addition.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder.
  4. Gradually add the flour and baking powder mixture to the egg-butter mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Add milk, vanilla, continue beating until thick.
  6. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
  7. Add food coloring (green, red and blue) to each part and mix well to get bright colors.
  8. Pour the resulting mixture into detachable heart-shaped baking molds.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness by inserting a wooden skewer into the middle of the cake – it should come out dry.

How to cook:

  5. Gradually add flour with cocoa powder and salt, mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer into the middle of the cake - it should come out dry. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. Cut the sponge cake in half. Spread one half with the prepared chocolate ganache. Cover with the second cake.
  8. Divide the marzipan into several parts: leave most of it white, and color the rest with green and black food coloring.
  9. From white marzipan, form the base of the dragon - its body, head, legs and tail. Then add green marzipan for decorative elements - wings, scales and eyes. With black marzipan, make the outlines and details of the dragon.
  10. Cover the cake with the prepared marzipan pieces. Place the dragon on top of the cake, giving it the desired shape. Add the final touches - decorative elements from marzipan, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar for a snow effect.

  • 180 g walnuts;

How to cook:

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add a pinch of salt and blend at high speed.
  2. Add flour, gradually mixing it into the mixture. Add about half of the total amount. Pour in baking powder, then the remaining flour. Stir the mixture with a silicone spatula.
  3. Pour the dough into a form greased with vegetable oil. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. If you want to get two fluffy biscuits, prepare the dough for each separately.
  4. Remove the finished cakes and turn them on their sides to prevent them from shrinking.
  5. While the biscuits are cooling, prepare the cream. Whip the sugar, sour cream and thickener.
  6. Remove the finished cakes, turn them on their sides, and prevent shrinkage.
  7. Carefully cut the cooled cakes horizontally into four parts, assemble the cake. Grease the bottom with cream.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into two baking tins, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  5. Bake the cakes for about 30-35 minutes, until they are firm and golden. Let them cool.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool to room temperature. Beat the butter until fluffy, then add the condensed milk and melted chocolate. Mix until smooth.
  7. For the filling, take pitted cherries. If you don’t have fresh berries, use frozen ones. Just defrost the berries and remove the excess juice.
  8. Cut each cake layer into 4 separate pieces. Begin assembling the cake by placing the layers on a flat surface.
  9. Start decorating with the first layer, spread half of the cream on it, then evenly distribute some of the cherries. Repeat this process with the next layers. Leave the last layer without filling.
  10. Use the remaining cream to cover the entire cake. Smooth the surface and sides of the cake with a spatula or knife.

Finally, decorate the cake as you like - add chocolate chips, fresh berries or Christmas decorations. Serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups flour;
  • 1.5 cups sugar;
  • 1 cup butter, softened;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 1.5 cups of kefir;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder;
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract;
  • red food coloring.

How to cook:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and butter. Rub the butter in with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Add eggs to bowl and beat well until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix kefir and soda. Add the resulting mixture to the main bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and a few drops of red food coloring to give the cake the desired color. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Grease a round baking pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the pan and smooth it out.
  6. Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out dry.
  7. After baking, cool the cake.

Ingredients:

  • 30 g butter;
  • 75 g granulated sugar;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 300 g homemade cottage cheese;
  • 180 g butter;
  • 80 g condensed milk;
  • 80 g sour cream;
  • 80 g powdered sugar;
  • 1 tsp vanillin;
  • 2 tbsp. jam;
  • 2 drops of green food coloring;
  • red currants with sprinkles for decoration.

How to cook:

  1. Combine sugar with honey, softened butter, and salt and mix. Place the mixture in a water bath over a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Stir constantly to prevent burning. As the sugar and butter melt, pour the previously mixed chicken egg into the resulting mixture. Stir vigorously until heated.
  3. Pour in the baking soda, stir and remove from the stove.
  4. Gradually add sifted flour, knead the dough with your hands. The consistency will be sticky, do not add additional flour.
  5. Transfer the cake blank into a bag and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Remove and roll out the layer on the work surface. Cut out a triangular Christmas tree from paper. Apply to the dough and carefully cut out the blank according to the shape.
  6. Repeat the same steps three times. Bake the required number of layers. Prick holes in the dough pieces with a fork. Bake each layer in the oven for 5-10 minutes, preheating the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Remove the cakes from the oven and make the cream. Combine the cottage cheese and sour cream together and beat with a blender.
  8. Soften the butter and beat it together with the powdered sugar in a separate bowl. Add the vanilla and fold into the cream in parts.
  9. Add condensed milk, stir the mixture, and cover the cake completely with the resulting cream using a pastry bag.
  10. Next, lay out a new layer of cake and spread with cream, and jam in the center.
  11. For the last layer, add coloring to the cream. Use a pastry bag to make a Christmas tree shape out of the cream.
